About UXLab

A digital garden, kept in public.

I’m Victor Tolbert, a front-end and UX engineer with twenty-plus years in web development, design engineering and digital product design. I like building things that solve real problems, and I like showing the work.

What this is
UXLab is where the work is grown in the open — notes, guides, proofs and working demos. Publishing is deliberate: anything you can read here was put here on purpose. Some of it is for members, who are invited; most of the working area is mine alone.
What I do
Rapid prototyping and technical excellence: taking an idea to a working prototype in days, platform-agnostic UI implementation, and design engineering across design systems and the platforms that consume them.
