Legal
Terms
What you may do with what is here, what the site promises, and what it does not.
Short, because a personal site does not need more. These are the terms for reading and using UXLab.
What you may reuse
The writing — notes, guides, proofs, and everything else you read here — is © Victor Tolbert, all rights reserved. Quote it with a link; ask before republishing more than a passage. The code behind the site is not published. Brand names, logos and screenshots of other people's products belong to their owners and appear here as evidence or illustration.
What the labs are
The labs — the scoreboard, the ZIP locator, the design-tokens transformer and the rest — are demonstrations. They work, and they are used, but they are not products: they may change, break, or go away, and you should not build anything that depends on them without asking first.
No warranty
Everything here is provided as it is. It is written carefully and measured where it can be, but it may be wrong, out of date, or incomplete, and using it is your decision. No promise is made that the site will be available, and no liability is accepted for anything that follows from reading or using it.
Accounts
An account is an invitation, and an invitation can be withdrawn. If it is, your sign-in stops working; the privacy page says what happens to the record. Do not share your sign-in links or codes; they are you.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top is the date they last did.
