Write the answer first, then the argument. An answer engine reads the way
a hurried person does — the first sentence under the heading that matches
the question — and a page whose first sentence is throat-clearing is a page
that gets summarized by someone else's.
The browser already gave you a base — 16px — and 16 divides by 4 and by 8. Pick one as your spacing unit, size and space everything in multiples of it, and let the tool do the arithmetic. Tailwind already did: its unit is 4px, and you can change it in one line.
What a component is, written once, so that every platform's copy can be
built from it and checked against it. In the shared vocabulary that record
is a Component Schema. In cwds it is a Component Contract: the
record of what the estate actually does, which the schema can be drafted
from and measured against. Three sources feed the cwds record, and none
ranks the others: the authored IVY dialog, the production specimens with
their counts, and the Figma node with the date it was read.
Components in Markdown as a standalone pipeline — parse CommonMark plus a directive-style component syntax into a serializable document, then render it to HTML, a terminal, Vue, React, Svelte, or Angular, with auto-close for Markdown that arrives one token at a time.
The icon library the web standardized on — thousands of icons in matched styles (solid, regular, light, thin, duotone, brands), as web fonts, SVGs, or framework components, with the free tier on every CDN and the Pro tier behind a license.
A technical brief and working proof of concept for populating a ZIP field from the browser's location — what the browser does, what Google does, what the user sees, what it costs, and where it fails.
