Sprint demo
Also known as:
sprint review, demoAgileScrum
Definition
The meeting at the end of a sprint where the team shows what it finished, working, to the people who asked for it — and hears what they think
Scrum calls it the sprint review. The rule that makes it worth having: only done work is shown, running, not slides about it. Feedback goes straight into the backlog.
Demonstrate and entice. The demo is where a team earns the next sprint's trust, and where a stakeholder learns what "done" looks like here.
