Retrospective

Also known as: retro
AgileScrumProductivity

Definition

The meeting at the end of a sprint about the sprint itself — what went well, what did not, and one or two things the team will change next time

Distinct from the demo, which is about the work; the retrospective is about the way of working. Its output is a short list of changes the team owns, not a record of complaints.

Tech

The personal-practice version is the weekly review. Both fail the same way — skipped when busy, which is exactly when they are worth the most.
