Definition
The practice of getting a defined outcome delivered — scope, schedule, people, risk — through whatever method the organization uses, from a Gantt chart to a kanban board
RACI, stakeholders, milestones, and status are its vocabulary. In GTD terms a project is any outcome that takes more than one action; project management is what happens when more than one person is taking them.
The layer between "we should" and "it shipped." On this site it appears as projects, milestones, and logs; in the estate work it appears as findings with dates, which is the same thing with the ceremony removed.
