Brand Instance
brand instances, brand file, brand definitionDefinitions
In the Core (the Agentic DS direction), a brand-owned definition of selected overrides and approved choices, resolved with Core defaults into the values a supported channel adapter consumes
Keep the sparse source definition distinct from its fully resolved output. The September 24 draft places brand source files outside the Core repository and requires a complete brand color ramp, so not every omission can fall back. That is the direction; cwds does not implement it.
A per-brand token document containing primitives and a binding for every name in the shared semantic vocabulary
Stored in tokens/brands/ in the same repository. The inspected builder requires complete bindings; this is not the Core's sparse-default mechanism, which no builder implements yet. The three records are default, skyrizi, and the fictional northwind demonstration.
The aim is one brand definition usable across supported channels. The source override file, the resolver output, and a local cwds brand document are distinct artifacts; call out which one is being exchanged or validated.
