Artificial superintelligence: a hypothetical AI that greatly exceeds the best human performance in virtually every domain, including science, strategy and social skill
Nick Bostrom's Superintelligence (2014) is the standard reference, with his definition: an intellect that greatly exceeds human cognitive performance in virtually all domains of interest. The question of how such a system would be aligned with human values is the core of AI safety research.
Past AGI. Often written artificial superintelligence, as one word. Its most discussed route is recursive self-improvement.
