Most of what lands in this repository now goes through it. CLAUDE.md is written for it, the
docs/agents/ folder records what it gets wrong, and the Sandcastle runs are it working a
queue of issues unattended — worktree per issue, PR into develop, a human gate before
anything ships. The environment-traps file and the failure-modes catalog are the field notes.
