AEM as a Cloud Service

The same component model as on-premise AEM — OSGi bundles, HTL, Sling, the JCR — with the operations taken away and the constraints that come with that: no direct access to a running instance, dispatcher configuration validated at deploy, immutable content under /apps, and a release cadence you do not choose. brand-migration’s AEMaaCS adapter is one of the three realizations written from each Component Contract; the glossary’s author, publish and dispatcher entries describe the tiers as they still exist here, just no longer as machines anyone logs into.
