A small team and I are working to create a tool (DiVA – Digital Virtual Assistant) that will take a user’s question and using AI be able to pull answers from a repository of documents in response to the question.
This is a very high-level view of what we are trying to accomplish with the tool. At a more detailed look, if DiVA doesn’t supply an adequate answer there will be additional prompts to submit a Digi Ops Request ticket, start a Tech Update and how satisfied the user is with either the quality level of the answer or the overall experience of using DiVA. When thinking about this during a recent meeting, we concluded that we would need some expert opinion to weigh in on a few ideas as we move this concept into reality and that’s when your name came up.
I have attached the wire frame designs that we were looking at possibly using when creating the webpage and would like your option on which design would be the most appealing as far as user experience. Below are a few of the questions that were mentioned during the meeting:
What should a user see first, second, third, so on and so forth and interact with when coming to the page How can this be improved upon
When letting the user express their experience with DiVA where should the icons be located for maximum efficiency and usage
Directly underneath DiVAs responses
i. How many times should this be shown
In the corner of the page, suggesting the overall experience
Which option would be the better fit
The incorporation of the DiVA logo and their placement
Small Medium Large Favicon
The addition of a ‘New Chat’ feature
Placement
If you have any questions, please feel free to put something on the calendar and let’s connect, see if we can’t clear up any confusion.
