Why this record exists
Nobody. This is a fixture, the sibling of the example person.
That record links a public person to a private organization, so the spec
can assert the organization is withheld from a Visitor — slug included, since
the slug is a reference to the withheld document. This record is the other
case: an organization that names no registry document at all. It refers
to nothing confidential, so it is the plain text it always was, and the spec
asserts it still renders for a Visitor. The two together are why the rule is
"withhold the slug with the document" and not "withhold every slug".
