On the web it is usually the sticky safety bar: collapsed, always visible, opening to the full text. One component, mandated on every brand page.
The pharma word for the thing the front end calls the safety bar. A walkthrough that says "the ISI" and a component catalog that says "safety-bar" mean the same element; this entry is the alias that joins them.
